Ming Chuan University Environmental Protection,
Occupational Safety and Hygiene Center is a first-level unit under President Lee.
Dean of General Affairs Division, Hsu, Jer-Wen serves as the Director of the Center.
The Center comprises 6 sections including General Services Section,
Environmental Protection Section, Environmental Safety Section, Environmental Hygiene Section,
Biological Contamination Control Division, and Institutional Animal Care and Use Section.
Each section has one Section Chief to
(1) promote environmental protection and education on occupational safety and hygiene;
(2) evaluate and supervise the environments of all campus labs and internship sites;
(3) prevent, supervise, assist with and control campus pollution;
(4) plan, supervise or execute plans for promoting campus environment quality; and
(5) design, supervise or execute plans for occupational disaster prevention, safety and hygiene at on-campus labs and internship sites.
Ming Chuan University Environmental Protection,
Occupational Safety and Hygiene Committee was established in accordance with the relevant regulations
of Occupational Safety and Health Management Act (formerly Labor Safety and Health Organization Management and Self-Check Act),
which includes Biological Contamination Control Sub-Committee,
Institutional Animal Care and Use Sub-Committee and Toxic Chemical Management Sub-Committee.
The committee and sub-committee membership comprises on-campus professors from relevant units.

create a sustainable campus and take social responsibility with detailed and comprehensive planning.
