秉持著"人之兒女  己之兒女"的精神

       為因應勞動部(前身行政院勞工委員會）頒布之職業安全衛生法(前身勞工安全衛生法）「大專院校之實驗室、試驗室、實習工場或試驗工場」適用勞工安全衛生法之規定，本校於92年成立「銘傳大學環境保護暨職業安全衛生中心」（以下簡稱本中心），中心主任由總務長兼任。

1. Design and supervise affairs related to environmental protection and occupational safety and hygiene of each unit.
2. Promote and implement the relevant regulations of environmental protection and education on occupational safety and hygiene.

In compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (formerly Labor Safety and Health Act)

announced by the Minister of Labor (former Council of Labor Affairs),

the labs and internship, which has jurisdiction over related facilities and procedures at higher education institutions,
